About This South of
Flagstaff Site

Hi, or should I say... howdy, to all you visitors from around the world.
Because this site receives thousands of visitors from many countries, I
thought we should start this About This South of Flagstaff Site page with a short orientation...
My name is Fred Doyle and I live in a rural community south of
Flagstaff, Arizona. I find that when I mention Arizona, people automatically
think of cactus and cows. Arizona certainly has plenty of both... but that's not us.
We live high in the pine forested mountains of north-central Arizona,
between Sedona's red rock country and the Grand Canyon. We're more into
computers and convertibles around here.

Oh, about that cowboy photo above... that's not me. A visitor from Dolores,
Colorado, sent it in. Great image, isn't it?
I should also tell you that I now have others who
contribute to this website. This gives us better coverage from the Verde Valley
to "The Rez." The Navajo Nation dominates the northeastern corner of
Arizona. Reservation residents and locals refer to it simply as The Rez.
Flagstaff is home to Northern Arizona University and good skiing
when
there's snow. Flagstaff and Sedona are also great little tourist towns, with lots to do
and see.
But enough about Flagstaff for now, I wanted to tell you about this South of
Flagstaff site. Ready?
In the
beginning... no, before the beginning, I saw a need for local news and
information about the South of Flagstaff communities, and thought the internet
was the right vehicle to deliver the information. We've since found that the
Federal Government issues regulations, gives away tax money, and takes other
actions on an almost daily basis, that impacts the South of Flagstaff communities,
So, just build a website
I had built a website for my wife's business a few years
earlier... and had been overwhelmed with all you need to know and do to make a
site successful (attract visitors and generate good revenue).
The worst part was discovering things that I needed to know and
do before I even started building her site. Some things I was able to go
back and do over, and some problems we just have to live with on her site.
I had found help with the revenue part in a neat little product
called MAKE YOUR
SITE SELL! The author's (Dr. Ken Evoy) simple and logical approach had helped a lot. I had
also subscribed to his newsletter, so when he introduced a product that
simplified and automated the hard parts of building a site, I was aware
of it.
That product is called Site Build IT! for reasons that become
apparent when you start using it. The introduction of Site Build IT! and my
seeing the need for a South of Flagstaff, Arizona, information site occurred
about the same time... probably not a coincidence.
I
had confidence that Site Build IT! would be a good investment, based on my
earlier success with MAKE YOUR SITE SELL!. And besides, there's a money back
guarantee.
Editor's
note: All these products have an exclamation point at the end of the name, so I'm not
sure whether to add a period at the end... or not!
So I paid my money (much less than we had invested in my wife's
site). After reading the instructions front to back, I started building this
South of Flagstaff site. I did the steps laid out for each day in the Action Guide, and by day 10 the site was
alive! Then I continued to add a page every few days, using the high-profit
keywords
brainstormed by Site Build IT!
Little did I know that many visitors to the site would be from the far corners
of our world, and they wanted information about the famous tourist attractions
in the area. So, I began adding visitor information pages, still using the
keyword list brainstormed by Site Build IT!
Since I believe I should get paid for my efforts, I built the site as an
affiliate site (where a company like Amazon pays you a small commission when
you send them a visitor who buys a book or whatever).
Now that I have Google Ads on most pages, Google definitely helps me pay the
bills. How much? Google doesn't want me to reveal that information... but I did
find a photo of a monthly check (from another Site
Build IT! user) posted on the internet. The Payee Name has been blanked out...
but the amount is visible... more than $1787.

We could call Site Build It!... Easy Money!, but that would be tacky.
We just call it SBI!
If you want to know more about SBI!, and the best way I know to
make money from home, I'll tell you more.
What it is...
I suppose you could say that SBI! is a web host,
but it's so much more than that. It's not your ordinary
host where you pay your money and they leave you on your own, scratching your
head, trying to figure out what to do next.
It takes away the mystery and fear of the unknown by providing
a step-by-step action guide with plenty of explanations of how and why.
A number of design templates are provided (no web developing experience necessary).
The building and uploading process is
simple. If you can stack blocks, you can build a successful website with SBI!.
All the other mysterious things you need to
do to build a successful site are also automated... talk about plug-n-play!
Automated feedback information like search
engine ranking help you out... and more importantly it even shows you how to make a little
cash with your SBI! site.
Even though all the information on most SBI! sites is completely
free, SBI! has shown me how to earn a profit with Google ads and top
quality affiliate programs.
So even though SBI'ers give away so much for free, the reward comes
back to us with the Google ads.
You probably found this site by using a search engine. Well
that's what SBI! helps me with. It showed me how to build pages that rank high
in the major engines so I can get as much free traffic as possible.
As for the money, Google has a program called Adsense, and it
allows me to help them advertise by placing ads on my pages.
I still won't use the phrase "easy money", but it's the
closest I've ever come to it.
I'm not the only SBI!
success story out here. There are numerous other
information sites like mine that are doing exceptionally well.
See
for yourself. This page shows only those SBI! sites that rank at the very
top of all internet sites in traffic (visitors), and traffic equals income.
You should try it. I wouldn't recommend it if I didn't use it
myself. My advice is to pick a topic that you have a personal
interest in. What's your hobby or passion?
What are you interested in? Health? Sports? Gardening?
Investing? Cooking? The topic can be anything. Just make sure you
are interested in the topic enough to build a useful, informative site -
otherwise you may get bored and it could become work instead of fun..
Many SBI'ers build problem-solving sites, written from
personal
experience. These can make the best kinds of sites. They also help you gain credibility
because people know you have personally experienced the things you talk about
on your site. It has a more genuine feel. I'm not selling anything. I'm just
helping people.
Go ahead and give SBI! a try. It's completely risk free.
SiteSell.com will give you a FULL refund if it's not for you, and there's no
"trial period" or any sneaky catches.
They can offer a great guarantee like that because they know
they've got an outstanding product and the success stories like mine to back it
up.
Compare
SBI!... you'll be doing yourself a favor. They'll know Fred sent you. That way you can
join our team. See you at the bank!
And that's the story about this South of Flagstaff site.
