The Grand Canyon lies to the north of Flagstaff and Williams... beyond the San Francisco Peaks as you view the area from South of Flagstaff. Sedona is located to the south of Flagstaff, right along the county line. Another famous and photogenic area, Monument Valley is to the northeast, along the Utah border.
