When talking about things to do and see in Sedona, I failed to mention the tours that will let you see the back country. There are several types of tours, including horses, jeeps, and balloons.

The Grand Canyon is about two hours up the highway. A day trip to the Canyon is entirely feasible... but there is so much to see and do around Sedona that most people stay around town.
